Stop the Void

7th + 8th Grade Assembly Recap
Good afternoon, Bronco Families,
Today, our 7th and 8th grade students received information about the dangers of fentanyl. It is a relevant issue in our local area and the world today, and the Stop the VOID Program aims to bring awareness to some of our most valuable people, our kids.
There was a moving in-person testimony given by a dad who lost his daughter, a video presentation called "Dead on Arrival" that I will link below, in case you'd like to watch it at home and talk about it together, and insight from our LCSO Coroner.
The messages were clear.
This could happen to anyone.
Don't put anything in your body if you don't know where it originated.
If you see a friend doing something they shouldn't, say something.

Education and prevention could save lives.
A community night around this subject area will be happening next week. I will get the details out as soon as I have them.

Have a great and safe night, everyone!
