Happy Monday, Bronco Families!

A new month, a time change, girls' basketball tryouts...so much is happening.

Please see all of the below messaging so that you are as up-to-date as possible.

Our fall dance will be Friday, November 15th, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Multi-Use Room. Tickets will go on sale November 12th. I will post our dance rules in next week's communication.

Note: 7th and 8th grade tryouts swap times tomorrow.

Information for fundraising was mailed home with the report cards last week. I made a mistake and did not add the QR code to the letter. I'm so sorry! The PTSO QR code is to the left. You can also search MMS PTSO, which will appear in your Venmo account. Thank you again for your support.

The Lady Broncos are gearing up for the upcoming Girls' Basketball Season. Players interested in trying out for the team should sign up in Mrs. Clark's Classroom, room 4. Players should have a completed sports physical on file with the office, a 2.0 GPA or better, and no grade of an F on their first-quarter report card.

Tryouts will be on Monday, 11/4, and Tuesday, 11/5. Please note that the times for 7th and 8th graders are different each day.

Monday times:

3-4pm - 6th graders

4-5pm - 7th graders

5-6pm - 8th graders

Tuesday times:

3-4pm - 6th graders

4-5pm - 8th graders

5-6pm - 7th graders

All players should arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their time slot, dressed out, and ready for tryouts. 

We will make final decisions after tryouts on Tuesday. 

Practice will begin on Wednesday, 11/6.

Boys' Basketball Season will start in December. Stay tuned.

This is our school and district's response protocol in emergency situations. The ways in which we respond to threats or emergencies have not changed. Still, this language we have adopted is to be universal with students, staff, parents, law enforcement, and fire personnel so that there is less confusion amid any situation. Students will be exposed to this information this week, and we will continue to practice drills throughout the year to be as prepared as possible.
